  • Emotional eating, when we are sad, uncomfortable, stressed, lonely
  • People who depend wholly on strenuous exercise routines with no results
  • There are those who obsess about food and with constant ‘glorious’ adverts, find it impossible to resist
  • Yo-yo diets that have failed time and again
  • Routine, eg: TV and snacks, a reward after a hectic day, a treat when the children have finally settled down for the night
